This area helps registered students access information about their registration, timetable, trainer, payments, learning progress and student services where available. This page is for enrolled students, authorised teachers and staff — prospective students should use Admissions instead.

Where the portal supports login, students should normally use the email or phone number provided during registration to access their account. If you have not registered yet, start with Admissions instead of trying to create a portal account directly.

How do I access my account?
Registered students, teachers and staff normally sign in with the email or phone number provided during registration, where the portal is available. Contact Admissions if you are unsure whether your account has been created.
What if I forgot my password?
Use the portal's own password reset option if available, or contact Student Support for help regaining access to your account.
What if my course is not showing?
This can happen if registration or a payment is still being verified. Contact Student Support with your registration details and we will check.
How do I submit payment confirmation?
Where supported, you can submit payment confirmation through the portal. You can also send your payment reference to Admissions by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Where can I see my timetable?
Your timetable is confirmed by Admissions once your trainer is assigned, and is shared with you directly or shown in the portal where available.
How do I contact my trainer?
Trainer communication is normally arranged through Admissions or the portal, depending on your course.
How do I access learning materials?
Learning materials may be provided through the portal or by your assigned trainer, depending on your course.
How do I access my certificate?
Certificate access depends on your programme and whether the assessment has been completed. Contact Student Support to check your status.
